With over 30 years industry experience, Managing Director Paul Hickey has held senior positions in both Sales and Operations. He brings extensive knowledge and experience coupled with an assured, friendly style.

Maddie Jona

OFFICE MANAGER

Multi-talented Maddie's core skills are in financial management but she also lends her expertise to Operations. She has been with the company since the very early days, building strong long term relationships with her clients and her calm, unruffled approach has influenced the company’s rapid growth.

Monika Slowik

WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

The latest addition to the team, Monika Slowik, joined the company in 2008 and manages the warehousing and Pick and Pack operations. She has made a significant impact to the continuing success of the business with her meticulous approach and high standards of service she demands from her team.

What is AEO?
Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) is an accreditation granted to operations that satisfy strict customs criteria through demonstrating consistent quality, process and regulatory compliance and trustworthiness in the international supply chain. Awarded by HMRC in co-operation with the EC, AEO is recognised throughout the EU and globally.

How AEO can benefit you?
Currently most of the benefits are commercial and many businesses that are applying for accreditation are doing so because they need to ensure compliance in the management of goods moving to the USA, China or Brazil for which AEO will become the required standard.

It is anticipated that future direct benefits of obtaining AEO status will include:
